  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

If not, do let us know and we will check.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, I try this stuff but still showing same stats.
I Reconnect, check my tag manager account all setting but still not able to resolve.

    Hello,

Please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further.

    1. First add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

If it still does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

This info is really really confusing for me, I am not a tech person. Can you please help me out and check my website byyourself.
I add the wordpress logins. Please check.

    Hello,

We went ahead and debugged the issue and it seems that the property you have connected to our plugin is not owned by you as you can see in the screenshot of the logs I inserted in the sensitive data section.

Please make sure that you are the owner of this property on Google Search Console, you may refer to this guide here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615

After that, try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:

    gsc
    gsc

Let us know how that goes.

    Looking forward to helping you.
