    My name is Hugo Carotti

    I wanted to create a ticket in my account dashboard but the submit button is not available.
    The thing is that I bought 50 credits but they are not in the dashboard of my website http://www.tugabinetedetarot.com.

    Yes, the credits were in “My Account” of your website, but not in the dashboard of my website.
    So… I clicked on the disconnect button with the intention of refreshing the data and then reconnecting, but your system no longer gave me the option to reconnect my credits with my website.

    1) What should I do to recover credits?
    “) How do I make these credits available on my website?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Please… read well what are my problems, written in my previous support tickets.

    1) My purchased credits do not appear in my Rank Math dashboard. My website http://www.tugabinetedetarot.com is offline.

    2) In my dashboard of my website these credits are not replicated and I guess it is because they are not available from Rank Math either. However, it does appear as connected to Rank Math.

    Please help me to solve this problem, otherwise I will have to ask for a refund.

    I can check that you have the PRO plugin installed on the site while you have purchased the credits with a Free account. You can’t use the credits purchased using a Free account on a site that has the PRO plugin enabled.

    Please share the email address of your PRO account so we can transfer the credits. If you don’t remember the email, you can share the receipt you must have received after purchasing the PRO subscription so we can locate your account.

    If you don’t have an active PRO subscription then you will have to deactivate the PRO plugin to use the credits.

    I have now removed the Rank Pro plugin and left the free version.
    but the problem persists. In my Rank dashboard the credits are there but they are not replicated on my website.
    Although I have connected my website to Rank. The status is “CONNECTED”, but still the credits are not shown.

    Could you help me please.
