My content AI credits are not reflecting in my Rank math dashboard

    I have already have rank math installed, I have purchased 50 credits for content AI, but the credit is not reflecting in my rank math dashboard.

    I have also installed the free version and after that also cannot see 5 credits for content AI as well.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the trouble this issue with the Content AI must have caused you.

    Please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:

    Hi Jaideep,

    I have verified with the mentioned link in my rank math dashboard and found below like earlier:

    Connected Websites Search for:
    No connected websites found.

    And even after disconnect and Reconnect as mentioned like “WordPress dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account”, the credit score is showing 0. I can see a the frontend Analytics stats bar on top of my page but content ai is all time showing 0/100.

    Please fix this on priority.

    Hi,

    Can you please let me know when this issue get resolved. it seems that that this content AI feature has a lot of issues and then what is the use of purchasing it. If this issue is not resolved on priority then I have to escalate it to the extreme.

    Latest status: I can see my website is connected to my Rank math account and the credit is reflecting there. But when I am opening the SEO dashboard from Elementor, I cannot see the the Content AI link at all.

    We would need to investigate the website itself and it seems that the FTP credentials were added only. Would you kindly share your URL login page in the Sensitive Data Section as well as the needed credentials?

    Hello,

    We can see that you’ve only shared your FTP login. Please also share your WordPress Admin Dashboard login in the sensitive data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

    Meanwhile, if you’ve already tried to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account then please clear Rank Math’s transients from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients:

    After doing so, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and from there refresh the credits count again so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
