Ranking and CTR on Google can change for several factors and no one (except Google) can control them.
It can be just a temporal change due to some algorithm updates or you could need to optimize the content and do some CTR optimization (testing different titles and descriptions and so on).

I have checked and the sitemaps seem to be working fine (as you can see in the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section). I also checked them here (https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html) but without any issues.
To test different titles and descriptions is just selecting an indexed post with low CTR and try a different title/description to see if it increases your CTR. Once you find a winning combination, apply it in your different posts.
About the link you shared about Google News, do you have any questions related to it?

It could be any one of those things.
Do note that Rank Math doesn’t have Google News plugins so our support with regards to Google News will be limited.
If you purchased cheap links recently, you might have gotten penalized because of that.
I have also recently copied the articles on my competitors, and I have stopped now, will it come back as before? or what should I do?

It might take sometime to gain back the ranking you lost but that doesn’t mean you can’t recover. The best thing you can do with that is optimize your site, and use only white-hat SEO practices as much as you can.

I would not recommend having two SEO plugins on your site as they might lead to a conflict which may cause some considerable consequences on your site. You should note that having multiple SEO plugins on your site doesn’t guarantee top ranking, they are just tools to assist you. What really matters is your site content, authority and linking among other things.
