According to Google guidelines, Amp pages shouldn’t go into Sitemaps.
The amp pages will be picked up in the crawler for the regular pages and will spider the ampRel link

Do I need to add my content manually? otherwise does Google add my content?

If you have enabled the sitemap for your posts and pages in Rank math > Sitemap settings, and they are not set to noindex, Rank math will generate all the required sitemap URLs and you don’t need to add them manually.
You will however have to exclude your sitemap URLs from caching, if you have any caching setup, and submit your main sitemap, sitemap_index.xml, in your GSC.
