My Account claims I have No Pro Subscription

    I’m trying to download the new version of Rankmath Pro and your site says I do naot have an active subscription. I do This is on my plug update “There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 3.0.11 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.

    I am not sure what is going on but it is extremely frustrating.
