You can use Rank Math’s inbuild role manager to disable access to the full General Settings tab:

That will block access to the .htaccess file editor and the robots.txt file editor as well.

Yes, it does. Unfortunately, it would complicate the plugin if we add a role-specific option to every setting in Rank Math.
Moreover, if you put write protection on your .htaccess file – the .htaccess editing via Rank Math plugin will have no effect.
