    Rank Math free

Hi, I am using Rank Math for the first time in a multisite, and it happens that in the main site everything looks normal, but in the new sites I do not see the “advanced” section which I need to determine which pages / posts are indexed and which ones with the “noindex” tag.

As additional information, the site is by subfolders, not by subdomains in case this information is useful.

    ex.
    main site: https://nichupte.com/
    second site: https://nichupte.com/en/

I would like to know how to enable the “advanced” option on all sites.

    thank you very much.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks for your quick response

I have tried what you suggests with the plugin indicated in the article, however it does not work for me since in this case, as I mentioned above, I am working from a multisite to enable or disable plugins I can only do it from the network administrator which would also spoil the settings of the main site.

I have disabled each plugin manually, as well as changing the theme and everything remains the same, in the main site everything works fine but in the second site the option “advanced” still does not appear

    Hello,

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.

You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

Here is a screenshot for reference:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi Michael, the “advanced” tab I was looking for is the one within the posts or pages to determine that url as “index” or “noindex”.

Just now I have managed to solve it, it happens that with each site in the subfolders Rank Math must be configured from scratch as if it were a new site, the general configuration in the main administrator is not enough, but in each subfolder the process of settings again.

Hopefully this information is useful in case someone else who is working with multisite happens.

    Hello,

We are glad your issue is resolved.

The advanced tab on posts and pages is also only shown if you are switched to the advanced mode of Rank math

If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
