but when I set the Static page to a home page so Rankmath SEO plugin shows me Static page is set as the front page (WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading). To add SEO title, description, and meta for the homepage, please click here: Edit Page: Humansofuttarakhand

On the page > Go to SEO Settings > Edit Snippet.

I wanted to add that the SEO data is getting rendered twice in the head section of the page. It would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet)
