Multiple Sitemaps in Bing

    Hi guys,

    I’ve just checked in with Bing Webmaster tools to see how things are going and it appears to have pulled in various sitemap files. I only submitted the one sitemap index from RankMath. Please could you advise on how best to proceed? Will these additional sitemaps hurt seo? I imagine they might because presumably it will be seen as duplicate content? Many thanks for your assistance.

    Yes this may cause a problem, it looks like Bing fetched all the content including your feed URLs. You can safely delete the second sitemap.
