    Hi RankMath,

    How can I remove multiple meta description tags from pages and post.
    If i view page source it showing 2 meta descriptions. Is there a way to override just one using in rankmath?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It could be that there are other plugins or your current theme that is generating a duplicate or static meta description.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hi Jeremy,
    before it was showing 66 but when I add this code

    add_filter( ‘rank_math/frontend/title’,’__return_false’);

    so its reduce to 16 but it’s still showing at home and other pages so how to add home and pages here in this code please help me

    I’ve checked your site, but I’m unable to find a duplicate meta description.

    It is possible that the tool you’re using to audit is seeing a cached version of your site, showing a false positive report. You can also verify the same using these tools:
    https://www.heymeta.com/
    https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/

    Please clear your website’s cache and check again.
