The replacement variable %customterm(xxx)% when used on a post title when editing a certain term will return the first selected term on the custom taxonomy.
For additional customization on the returned term, you will need to register a custom replacement variable as described here: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-custom-variable
