Since the sites have different domains and are verified separately on GSC, they will be treated as different sites. In that case, you will need to access each domain separately and deploy the instant indexing for on each of the domains as separate entities

But on the backoffice when i change the language, the settings are the same as the first domain.
Should i add all jsons in the same field?

If you have done a network wide installation of instant indexing API plugin, you can go into each sub site and add a separate JSON file on each sub site.
If you just do it on the parent site, it will only work on the main site.
With that said, you only need to submit the main page because it contains the hreflang and Google will automatically see all those translated versions of the main page.
