Can you please let me know if you are going to use Rank Math from scratch in your newly moved website? If you are, you can make use of this filter code to completely uninstall Rank Math:

* Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );
When you run this code in your functions.php file, do make sure to remove the code after doing so.
Note: This will delete all Rank Math data including the settings. More information here: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#clear-rm-data
After doing so, you can now install a fresh copy of Rank Math.
