Hi Michael. I’ve done everything you told above.
– Flushed sitemap cache (including WP permalink save changes)
– Excluded sitemap files from being cache by following your KB.Still facing a 404 error when visited the sitemap on one of my sites. Other sites are working fine.

Since you have already gone through the basic troubleshooting steps on this, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
