I’m a writer and I am an admitted IT dummy, but I’ve been successfully using Gutenberg for the past 12 months on my site (www.adrianchambersmotorsports.com.au). Several weeks ago I installed Rank Math. On Friday, when I went to copy and paste my latest article (created in Word, my normal drafting procedure) I encountered for the first time a repetitive error, which would not allow me to proceed. The only answer was to revert to the Classic Editor, and I was able to compete the post process, Fact is I don’t want to have to rely on Classic. I want to stick with Gutenberg. Is there an issue with Gutenberg and Rank Math? And how to I resolve it. Thank you,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If this doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
