We apologize for the issue you’re facing. To move your Rank Math PRO account to another site, you will need to disconnect your current site from your Rank Math account and then connect the new site. Here’s how you can do that:

1. Disconnect Your Current Site:

   • Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
   • Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help.
   • Click on the Disconnect Account button.

   

2. Connect Your New Site:

   • After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button.
   • You will be redirected to rankmath.com to connect your account. Make sure to use the same Rank Math account that you used when you subscribed to a Rank Math PRO plan.

   

3. Activate Your License:

   • In the Plugin Activation dialog box, select your PRO license and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.

   

4. Confirmation:

   • You can confirm that the activation has been successful by navigating back to the Help tab of the Rank Math Dashboard in your site’s WordPress admin area.
