Hi I did it but there is no conflict neither with theme or with plug in. I have 5 plug ins only so that is easy to check. I tried different theme and had the same issue.
I tried installing another SEO tool to check and I would get the same error.
Can you tell me how I can remove the one of the tags manually or suggest a workable solution? Thanks!

It appears that your theme is causing the issue here. Please see how we have troubleshoot the issue in the video screencast we inserted in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.
Please make sure to clear your website caches when changing themes as sometimes you won’t see the source code change right away.
We checked the rest of your websites and we can confirm the same situation there.
You may need to contact your theme author and ask them to locate that static title tag and remove it from their theme file.
