    I am deeply concerned that I have just been charged $131 for a service I have never used since purchase. I originally purchased when there was a deal in 2022, but due to illness I never used the credits. I didn’t know there was another raid on my bank account last year for another $49, credits which I never used and now you have raided mu account again for £131.

    I have never used a single credit since puchase in 2022. Please refund me in full and cancel this service. Due to ill health I cannot remember the orginal purchase or what the credits even do and certainly wont use them.

    The renewal is for your Content AI credits that was purchased on September 23, 2022.

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?

    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    No, there was no prior notification sent. I found the email renewal email from last year and also there was no warning email. Also you have increased and moved my subscription to a much higher level without my permission. Please refund me.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
