    Hi there
    Hope you’re doing great
there is an issue that I have seen it in just some sites
When I want to enable or disable Rank Math modules and when I click on them, they are not enabled/disabled. After clicking on them, it shows me a loading icon and after many minutes, nothing changes!
May it because of memory limit or poor hosting or something else ??
have you ever been reported this issue by someone else before?
I will be appreciate if you can help

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you try clearing your going through your htaccess or temporarily remove added rules and clear your cache to see if the issue still persists?

If this doesn’t help, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I wanted to add that it would be great if you can share the error you are seeing in your Browser Console:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/

If you have a firewall plugin like WordFence, that might be why the modules cannot be activated.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
