Mobile Snapshot not showing

    Hi,
    I just install rank math and I see the following errors in :

    1)I see an error 1020 from Cloudflare in Mobile Snapshot. I already whitelisted your IP 104.20.193.153 in Cloudflare. but didn’t help. I use Cloudflare and Ezoic. And in the Error message Cloudflare is getting an Ezoic IP instead of mine.

    2)I enabled minify in W3TC, but the report shows it as disabled. (I disabled it before because I can’t share posts on WhatsApp with image and snippet. Not working now anyway)

    Could you please confirm if you’re seeing this error in SEO Analysis Tab in Rank Math? If so, please also check the affected URLs in our external analyzer and see if the issue still persists? https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

    If the issue is already fixed there, please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then perform SEO analysis again.

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    If the issue still persists, please whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com

    but the issue with Mobile Snapshot doesn’t.

    Could you please confirm if you have already flushed the SEO Analysis Data and removed Rank Math Transients?

    I have a WP Multisite with two directory subsites /es/ and /en/.
    Main site is redirected to /es/.

    The plugin is activated in /es/ and /en/

    I am sorry but we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP ā€“ our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.

    You can temporarily disable security measures to further investigate this issue.
