I just ran the SEO Analysis and the Alt Attribute issue was resolved. What did you do? But now I have other issues that were not a problem before. I had a 100 % rating when I first installed W3TC. Page requests and directory listing. Perhaps if we deactivate and activate W3TC this will go away, but the problem with the mobile snapshot persists.
Spoke too soon. I cleared cache and the Alt problem is back. I will stop doing anything on my end and let you work on it.

The mobile snapshot is cached from the service that we use to show those images so there’s nothing we can do from our side.
That screenshot is only updated when the cache on the service runs out and it usually happens after 1 week.
Regarding the issue with the ALT image tag, we’ll continue discussing it in the other ticket.

We already explained what is happening with the mobile snapshot on your website. That has a cache from the service we use to generate those thumbnails and it will only update after 1 week which is when the cache for those runs out.
The mobile snapshot is not generated each time you run the analysis.
This is the intended behavior and there’s nothing you can do from your or our ends to change the situation.

We haven’t done any changes to your settings except purging the cache using your plugin W3 Total Cache.
As explained in my first reply, Rank Math uses an external script for that snapshot (thum.io) and they usually update screenshots after a couple of weeks thus, it could be that the snapshot is still being cached.
Here I tested your website to other known mobile-friendly tests for you and it returns the updated snapshot.

Please give our snapshot a couple of weeks and the content should be updated.
