The Mobile Snapshot on the SEO Analysis is really old! Makes me question whether RankMath is really accurate. How often does Rank Math update the snapshot?

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank Math uses an external script for that snapshot and they usually update screenshots after a couple of weeks thus, it could be that the snapshot is still being cached. Please give it some time then test again.
You may also try to clear your browser cache and conduct the analysis test again.

After further investigations, I noticed that if you add a parameter
?1to your website URL, the correct snapshot will appear. Please see this videos screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/byugJVThis only indicates that your website is still heavily cached by a server-level caching app/software such as Cloudflare. Please contact your hosting provider and clear the cached files of your website.

I have W3 Total Cache Plug In on my website. Shouldn’t this clear the cache to be able to update the image? Apparently it is not.

I made a back up and put a temporary login in the sensitive data. I have another problem in the SEO Analysis. It says I have an image without an Alt Attribute, but I have deleted the image from the Media Gallery, cleared cache, and it still is showing the error.

I tried disabling your W3 Total cache plugin temporarily by enabling troubleshooting mode. And also disabling it live to completely disable the caching temporarily. The issue is still there.
This only tells us that another caching app is caching your website. Could you please confirm if you have contacted your hosting provider to check it?
This cause of issue also applies to your “image alt” problem.

Could you please check the c-panel? I used to have installed WP Rocket and perhaps it was never completely deleted and causing a conflict. Or perhaps you’ll find the other caching that seems to be the problem. I don’t see anything myself. Thank you!!

The cpanel login worked for me. Perhaps you entered the password wrong. I also send the wp-admin. Again, I deleted WP Rocket recently and started using W3TC a few days ago. Since then both issues with Rank Math in the SEO Analysis. I wonder if there are remnants of WP Rocket caching still on the cpanel, but I cannot find any. I appreciate you taking a look and resolving any caching issues, as you said the page is heavily cached – causing the problem on RankMath – and it shouldn’t be at all as I have deleted all caching through W3TC. Many thanks for your help in trying to solve this!
