I’ve checked your site in the mobile-friendly tool by Google, and it seems that it’s working fine. Could you check in your Google Search Console if you’re getting any error messages in there as well? You can take a screenshot and add it to the designated Sensitive Data section.
You can also try validating the issues on GSC to see if the issue will get resolved.

I am afraid I am not seeing anything related to Rank Math in those screenshots. Please let us know if we missed anything but 3 out of 5 errors in your last screenshot are related to your Google Ads. 1 of the related to your reCAPTCHA script and the remaining one is about the footstools-collection
image.
If you believe any of these errors show up only when Rank Math is activated, please let us know because these layout issues are not related to Rank Math as we have nothing to do with these.

You should also consider reconfiguring your adwords to see if there is something you may have missed.
That said, given this is not an issue that is coming from Rank math but rather from your site configurations, we may not be of much help. You can try checking through your site settings and if you are unsure anywhere, get in touch with related support for assistance.
