Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist the IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.
You can whitelist or open access to countries Bangladesh, India, Portugal, and the Philippines.

Thank you for this answer. My team told me that it would be complicated for them to unblock countries (I don’t have more details sorry).
Are you sure that there is not a way for you to “keep” an IP the time we can solve this ? I know how dynamic IPs work but I don’t know what to do…

I’m sorry but that’s the way that is how we can look into this matter closely for you. Please try unblocking at least any of one countries so that we can go through further investigation on this issue or you may also temporary disable the blockage for everyone.
