You currently have a video schema template that is set to display to the entire website.
You may need to remove that or change the display condition.
As for your inquiry about the autogeneration of the thumbnail, you can find it under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages > Autogenerate Image.

Hi Jeremy. As you mentioned that video schema is applicable on entire site so with this the missing thumbnail error should have been reported for entire site but here it is being reported for only 3 pages (which does not have video in it. I have given name of the pages in sensitive data section above). So can you please guide as how and why other pages are not having this error ?
I will check the “autogenerate feature”.

I have enabled the autogenerate for thumbnail but it did not helped. out of 3 pages, from 2 pages I have removed the video schema. Now it is “on” only one page “request-a-quote-free-estimate” and autogenerate is on (cache is cleared) and still it is throwing thumbnail missing error. Can you please guide me on this.

I logged into your website’s admin area and it seems like you’ve removed the Video Schema Template that you had, and as such, the error and Schema are also removed from the /request-a-quote-free-estimate/ page.
You can have a look at the Rich Results test report on the above page in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
As for your question about why other pages didn’t have the issue, could you confirm if the other pages that you tested had featured images on them or if the thumbnail was manually added by editing the Schema on those pages?
As the Schema template is deleted, unfortunately, we’re unable to test the other pages with respect to that template.
However, if any of the above cases is true, that would explain why the error was not shown.
