I have updated the plugin to version 1.0.43 in Status&Tools>Easy Mode the tab Tools does not appear. At the end of the page an error log has been generated in which the last 100 lines are read, I believe are those concerning Rank Math. I avoid pasting the 100 lines that I saved in a text file but I don’t find a way to attach it. If you consider the consultation necessary, I will paste the text upon your request.Thanks

We released an update 1.0.43.1. Please head over to your WordPress plugins/update page and update the Rank Math plugin to the latest version.That should fix the issue.
You might need to hard refresh your browser by using any of these keyboard combinations:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
and clear your website and server-cache if you are still seeing any issues from Rank Math’s end.Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to assist.

I set up automatic updates for the plugin the version in use is 1.0.43.1, cleared the browser cache (Chrome) using the keyboard combination for Windows (10 pro) and also used the Chrome tool to clear the browser cache, also using the WpRocket tool to clear the cache of the site and that of Clouflare but I still don’t see the Tools tab in Status&Tools in the Easy Mode.
The error log is still visible at the end of the page without any change from what I sent you.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit. If not, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Something has changed before your intervention without me doing anything, I still see the error log at the bottom of the page, the same one I sent you.

Ok thanks Alberto I will keep the ticket open for a few days in the meantime I will check the behavior of the plugin if the issue reoccurs I will use this ticket to notify you otherwise I will close it, it is strange however what happened …

It is weird, indeed.
I didn’t make any changes. It could just be some hard cache that got cleared and the issue got removed.

I have been checking the plugin these days and I have not encountered the issue anymore, the log file that I sent you is still visible at the bottom of the page, this is not a problem for me I just wanted to know if it is normal,apart from this I close the ticket and thank you for the excellent support.
