Missing title tags on all pages

I have one big issue with your plugin, I started it on my production page but after hours of investigating and running through your support cases I couldn’t find any solution.
I then returned back to Yoast and installed your plugin again, but this time on my non-prod environment – the issue still persists – all my Title tags across the whole website and all its pages disappeared, they are not visible even in the page source itself under your tag. To be clear – in WP they are visible and present everywhere – in Gutenberg and in your plugin section showing me how they are visible in google – but the SEO report is alerting that there is none, which is true, as in every browser every page introduces itself only with www address. This is a huge issue for me to run your plugin. Please help.

  • Hello,

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Do keep only Rank Math, Rank Math PRO, and WooCommerce enabled and see if the issue persists.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting. Please let me know if you find the conflicting plugin/theme.

We tried doing that using the logins you provided but as soon as we enable the troubleshooting mode, we are getting an error, a screenshot of which we have shared in the sensitive data section.

We look forward to helping you.

It looks like it’s have some kind of a clash with Timber and ACF plugins which are my core ones on my page, therefore I won’t be able to use your plugin.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings and the current access is not working. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
