Our plugin shows the description in the preview only when the post type has editor support. It seems like your CPT doesn’t have editor support and that’s why the preview is not working properly.
However, the correct description will be added in the front end, and you can confirm that by checking the page source or using these handy tools:

To fix the preview, you will have to enable the editor support from the post type settings of the CPT plugin.

Thanks! Do you have some documentation to enable editor support for CPT’s? We don’t use Gutenberg for the content but ACF so we have Gutenberg disabled. Hope you can help!

Thank you, but we see the CPT’s there. Also Reizen wheren we don’t see the title/description in the single page in wp-admin. Any suggestions?

I tested the CPT (Reizen) and it doesn’t has editor support. Please add the support for it by adding the following line:
'supports' => array( 'title', 'editor', 'author', 'excerpt' )
Please add the line to the place where you have added the code to register the new CPT. If you are not sure, where, I would suggest, please contact a developer to add that.
