Missing Subscription Information in Account Details

    Hello,

    We’ve booked a Rank Math Pro subscription but the subscrition detail and invoice can’t be found here in the account details.
    In the meantime our credit card account was charged twice with different values.
    Could you please check and give an advice how to proceed?

    To resolve the missing subscription information and invoice, please follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Email: You should have received an invoice via email when you made the purchase. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

    2. Access Your Account: Log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Subscriptions section from the left sidebar. Here, you should find all your invoices under the Invoices tab.

    3. Download Invoice: If you see your invoice listed, you can download it by clicking the Download Invoice icon next to it.

    If you still cannot find your subscription details or if there are discrepancies with the charges, please reply to this ticket with your website URL and any additional details regarding the charges. A human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
