    Thanks for sharing the details. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I was trying to check for a plugin or theme conflict but the Health Check plugin doesn’t work on your site. Can you please create a staging website and replicate the issue there so we can check and resolve the issue without disturbing your live site?

    I got it working again – still not clear what caused the issue in the first place. I found a blank line at the bottom of functions.php and deleted it – that might have been the fix – but lots of other moving parts today so its unclear. But thanks for the offer to help!
