It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I am interested in checking whether you have some theme code that is affecting this issue, the current access is limited and I cannot edit or view any theme or plugin code.
If you do not wish to share the FTP access, please elevate my access so that I can view the files and investigate further.
