Please make sure that the option Author Archives is enabled on your website by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors. If it’s not, then enable Author Archives from there.
After that, please remove the Article Schema from the page and add it again to see if that works for you.

Above process working great. But I have to manually update each and every post to get it work. Is there any one click solution for entire blog.

We currently do not have a way to automatically update the schema for existing posts. You will have to go through each of the posts and resave them to update the schema.
