  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with the missing "review" and "aggregateRating" fields in your Schema. To resolve this problem, you can follow these steps:

    1. Acquire Reviews: To add the aggregateRating to your Schema, you need to acquire reviews on your products. Rank Math automatically picks up the aggregateRating and review fields from the actual product reviews left by your customers. If you don’t have any reviews yet, it will show up as a warning in the Schema testing tool.

    2. Add Aggregate Rating Using Rank Math:

      • If you are using WooCommerce, Rank Math automatically adds the aggregateRating to the Schema Markup once you acquire reviews for your products.
      • You can also manually add the aggregateRating using Rank Math’s Advanced Schema Builder or Schema Templates. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our knowledgebase article.
    3. Contact Support: If you still face issues after following these steps, please feel free to contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Some time ago, Judge.me had their review data saved into the database and we were able to fetch it directly from there to add it to our markup but they have changed the way they output that data so there’s no way to attach it to our markup.

With that said, if the data from Judge.me was saved somewhere inside the database we could easily retrieve it but since it’s coming from their API directly we don’t have access to that.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
