The aggregateRating field is completely optional and not required. You can attain star ratings in Google SERPs without aggregateRating as it is not a required field for software application Schema.
With that said, Rank Math does not have a user-rating option which is what the aggregateRating calculates. If you must “fix” this warning, you have to use a 3rd party plugin for accumulating user reviews and then the aggregateRating field can be populated.
