    Hi guys,

    Trying to use my free monthly credits and I haven’t used them yet but it says on the dashboard that I have? Please can you help?

    I need to buy some more credits also if you can sort me a deal 🙂 !

To resolve the problem of missing credits, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account area here: My Account – Websites.

    If the credit count appears correct there but not on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI credits in your dashboard to see if the issue is resolved.

    Disconnect
    Reconnect
    Refresh Credits
