We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. Please ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the credits.
Once logged in, you can check your remaining credits by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: My Account – Websites.
If your credit count appears correct there but not on your website, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI section to request the updated credits from our server.
If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
