    I am having troubling with accessing my content AI credits on WordPress. I already connected and disconnected my website. Maybe there is a mismatch between the emails on my Rank Math (a************@i*********) and Content AI accounts (a************@g********).

    I would like to keep the a************@i********* is possible.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing your Content AI credits. It seems like there might be a mismatch between the accounts you are using.

    To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the Rank Math account associated with the email a************@i*********. You can check your remaining credits by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account.

    If you confirm that the credits are correct but still not showing on your website, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account again from your WordPress admin area:

    1. Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits again to see if the issue is resolved.

    If the problem persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hi,

    I already did all those steps and the credits are still not loading on my website thealchemisttraveler.com. I have tried to disconnect and connect and then when I click on refresh the credits a pop up message comes out saying: “The response is not valid JSON response”.

    We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.

    You should see in your Rank Math dashboard that the plugin is disconnected from your rankmath.com account.

    Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
