Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us today.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi,
Please note that these tools, including ours, are not perfect. There might be sometimes false positive but in your case – it seems that the minification is not done 100%:
If you check the above-highlighted section, you will notice that a comment is still present in the CSS which should not exist in a minified CSS file.
There is nothing to be worried about though – this doesn’t matter and can be ignored.
The score is there only for your reference anyway and doesn’t affect your actual rankings. Treat it only as a to-do list, nothing more. Don’t try to live by it and don’t follow the tests religiously.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Aleksandar,
It appears your web server is blocking access to our API.
Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
