    If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hello,

    Could you confirm if you’re using version 4.x.x of ALL in One SEO plugin? If yes, then, when AIOSEO updated their plugin to version 4.x.x they completely rewrote the code and the import function stopped working for multiple SEO plugins.

    This is something our team is aware and we are working hard on making the necessary changes to support the import from this version as well, but at the moment we don’t have the function ready.

    In that case, you can import your AIOSEO data to the SEOPress plugin and then from SEOPress to Rank Math.
