Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure that you have the following PHP values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000Try to import the data after that. Here is a guide that can help with migrating from Yoast to Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.
Hello Sharmin Islam
After changing the PHP file we have one more issue on our listing page as it’s creating a conflict between.
1. Rank Math SEO
2. ListingPro PluginOn disabling Rank Math SEO plugins the listing & profile uploading is working properly.
Below mentioned is the link to the Add Listing page UI issue caused due to the Rank Math plugin.
Hello,
Changing the PHP values suggested by my colleague should not result in conflicts. However, could you please follow this guide to see if there’s another plugin/theme causing the issue here? https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Team,
We don’t have any issue with migration now. It’s been sorted.
The issue is, the plugin in breaking the website functionality. We have done the troubleshooting as mentioned on your support link and found that Rankmath plugin only is causing the issue.
Kindly look into the previous screenshot sent on the the email.
We can provide you the WordPress login details if you need.
Regards,
Shruti

Hi Support Team
Please update on above mentioned status
Kunal
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. It seems like you’ve created the front end for these sections using the “WPBakery Page Builder” and you’re using an older version of it:
Please update WPBakery to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue.
Please let us know how that goes.
Hi Prabhat,
We have updated the WPBakery plugin as said but still, we are facing the same issue.
Screenshots are attached herewith.
Please help fast to resolve this

Hi
Can anyone help on same at earliest?
Kunal
Hello,
The issue is caused by the fact that the plugin is adding the tooltips question marks as images and you have set our plugin to add the missing ALT tags.
When our plugin tries to add the missing ALT tags to those images it caused the HTML to break because the ListingPro plugin is adding the image inside an input.
The data attributes inside an input tag shouldn’t contain further HTML code as the guidelines state that the data attributes should only contain strings.
To get around this issue you can disable the functions we mentioned before or get in touch with ListingPro and ask them to update the plugin and make sure they are not passing HTML code into data attributes.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hello Team,
Thank you for your help and support we are able to solve the issue. find below the link for the same.
On disabling the image-related settings i.e. Add the missing ALT attribute & Add the missing title attribute (screenshot attached for reference) the listing page is working fine.
Once again thank you for support
