Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and bringing your concern to our attention.
Yes during the migration process, Rank Math will only import your SEO metadata, such as SEO titles, descriptions, focus keywords, etc. but to generate the SEO score you will have to edit and update the posts.
Our plugin needs to run the tests to generate the Score and the tests only run when your content is completely loaded in the post editor. Once you edit and update the posts, you will be able to see the data/score in the post list view.

If i don’t update the post because it is a lot of post is that a problem then? Or will be the SEO settings automatically been added tho the post from Yoast and is the score only for my prepose? Or is it necessary that the score is active for the search engines?

Search engines do not care about the SEO scores. The scores are calculated only for your reference to show you the optimization level of the content.
Rank Math would add all the necessary meta tags to all the posts/pages/CPTs even if their SEO scores are not calculated.
If you feel that the existing posts are already well optimized, you can avoid updating them and continue working on the newer ones.
