You can safely migrate to Rank Math from SEOPress.
While the setup process, all the data like settings, optimizations, redirections, etc. can be easily imported to Rank Math.
You can also import the data after the setup process using the Import/Export tool.
Once the data would be imported, migrating from SEOPress to Rank Math should not have any negative effect on your rankings/snippets.
