    Rank Math free

Hello, I have recently migrated to a new domain, the hosting is still the same, I just redirected 301 from old domain to new domain.

I have issues connecting Google Search Console and Google Analytics, when connecting to the Google account and give all the permissions, I can’t select any options to choose Search Console and Analytics.

Are there any other changes that I have to do after domain migration?

I included sensitive data for you to access website.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Since you have migrated from an old domain, I would suggest re-creating a property in your Analytics/GSC with a matching URL.

After doing so, reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate a new auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
    reconnect

Also, your Rank Math account is not properly connected as you can see in the screenshot I shared in the Sensitive Data section.

Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect your account and reconnect it again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Hi, I already have a new GSC account.

And I have already disconnected and reconnected the Rank Math again.

Then when I connect my Google account in the analytics section I don’t have any options, neither GSC nor Analytics even though in my google account they are visible and created.

I can’t even open the <select> options, you know what I mean? It’s grey, disabled.

    Hello,

Please ensure that you have created the correct version of your property as Rank Math only access Universal Analytics or GA3 at the moment.

You may refer to our guide here: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

After creating and confirming the correct Analytics version. Please reconnect the Google service.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Yes, it’s still the same account I’ve been using for a year.

    Hello,

Allow me to check this one with our development team. We should get back to you shortly.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!

In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you need our assistance with anything else.

Also the Rank Math Analytics is not working, it’s red dot and all containers are empty with colored background.

    Do you have any update?

    OKAY I RESOLVED, I’m stupid

    The problem was the siteurl

I set the siteurl in the child theme so I forgot to change it when I changed to the new domain.

    Thanks
