Unfortunately, Rank Math does not currently accept data from the SEO Framework.
However, you can import data from SEO Framework to any other supporting plugin, such as SEOPress:

And then use the Rank Math import option to import the data from SEOPress:

For example, I was surprised, when I have made some tests, that RM has desactivated my redirection plugin !!

Regarding the migration, once the process is done, you can check the metadata on your pages to confirm if all the data has been properly migrated or not.
For the redirection plugin, Rank Math should not automatically deactivate any plugin on your website. In this case, can you please share a screencast using a tool like https://loom.com so that we can check this further for you?
