Can you please try clearing your website cache and check the page source again?
Also, after saving the meta data, will the data you entered remain even if you reload the editor page?
If so, please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.
