Metadata is not saving on pages

Hi team,

We started using RankMath instead of Yoast and we are having issues with Page metadata – no matter what we do it doesn’t want to be saved.

Can you help us out?

P.S. I saw you mention a lot 403 issue and Wordfence. I notice that issue and tried whitelisting files but it is still the same. Can somebody check it out too?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please contact your web host and check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST. Please also ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta route.

If you are using Cloudflare, please whitelist the route in Cloudflare as well:
