I am checking with our hosting provider on the firewall but I do see this API call 403ed: api-fetch.min.js?ver=134e23b5f88ba06a093f9f92520a98df:2 POST https://cofense.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403

That is exactly what is causing the issue on your website.
The route used to save the metadata from Rank Math is currently being blocked and returning a status 403 which prevents it from running properly.
Please whitelist that route so that the plugin can save the data properly.
