Are you running any security plugins? And are you running Firefox by any chance?
This could suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the plugin that conflicts when you try to add the keyword.

No i havent activate any security plugin or using firefox
But yes one plugin was conflict..Wordfence security which is not activate but after deleting it. Meta titles are now working.. But what if i want to use wordfence security plugin in future for security purpose

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math.
Activate WordFence and check if you are still facing this issue, check under WordFence > Tools if there are any Rank math related issues reported. If any please share some screenshots via https://imgbb.com
