If you wanted to change the meta title for a specific page, you can click the Edit Snippet button from your screenshot and update it there to override the default title.
You can also share the affected URL and custom title you have set so we can verify it.

I have already clicked the Edit Snippet button, but meta-tags still the same as in automatical settings. I try to update the page or change settings, but it is doesn`t work for any of pages. Here is an example of one of the pages https://lufikalp.com.ua/uborka-snega-s-krush/. Help,please.

There are no errors for the updatemeta route.
Please take a backup of your .htaccess file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess file. You can get the file here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/
